What do you like or don't like about this Product?after using this pictured maker for a year or more , cleaning regularly it will still have wet gunk buildup above the tank on a ledge behind the dial. if you manage to get liquid clear up to that level you can short out the electronics as there are 2 screws there an unsealed electronics. only dissembling the coffee pot will allow you to see the offending gunk , mold , mildew an sludge you would never want to drink. and very much alive since you add water an let it set all night . this model should have come with the middle tank removable an needed to be totally redesigned. if you have one of these over a year old toss it as your endangering your health very very much....... I made a normal pot of coffee this morning. The clean light came on, so I cleaned it. The coffee pot is only 2-3 months old. I know the process of cleaning it can take up to an hour. After about 30...

I think there is a real problem with the whole cleaning system with the Mr. Coffee Pot. I have one and after making only a few pots of coffee, the light starts blinking. I have cleaned it over and over and still get the same alert. My son had the same problem you have with his, it wouldn't finish the cleaning cycle. He'd had it awhile and ended up tossing it because it was beyond the warranty and store told him too bad. I've had other Mr Coffee makers and like them, but they didn't have the irritating "clean" alert OR the obnoxious BEEPING to let you know it's done brewing. If I knew this was going to be an issue - I would never have bought it. Why do they have to screw around with a good thing - more buttons and thing cycles to cause problems.

Cleaning light will not quit blinking after cleaning

The same thing happened to our Mr. Coffee this week! I followed the instructions about running vinegar through, then rinsing several times with water. However, the light would not stop blinking. We did by-pass the light by setting the timer for delayed brewing and it worked. However, that blinking light came on again. Then, my husband tired the vinegar wash again but instead of doing it one time, he ran the same vinegar through 6 times until the light went out! Then he proceeded with the water rinse. Our Mr. Coffee is working again!

Coffee pot just would not brew this morning, though it worked fine yesterday morning. I emptied it and started over 3 times. The lights come on but that is all that comes on.

Check the water level. Check to make sure that the coffee filter under basket is clean and not plugged. YOu can remove your filter, then take out the basket and clean it....when did you purchase the machine?
