There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?

start with the basics check fuses, fuse position and description should be labeled on inner fuse box cover. Check globes are ok, Then check indicator switch ( I suspect this may be where fault is). Give switch a bit of a work out, switch it up and down several times, wiggle it around and see if it comes good possible dust on contacts. If fault is still apparent get a Dealer or auto electrician to have a look as it now becomes more involved. Test equipment will need to be used. Good luck.
