To get the lock to go off the screen you can press and hold the monitor Menu button for about 10-15 seconds.

This sometimes occurs when the machine gets too hot. If your graphics card is too hot, its performance will suffer. Check the fan speeds/ temperatures and see if that helps.

You are not getting any video out of your computer need to check your video hook up from the back of the computer to the mointor sometimes they slip off. If its not that then you are receiving nothing from your video card from your computer.

Yellow light means it is not getting the video signal from PC, try it on another PC first, if it stilldoes not work then you need to open it up.
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, blown fuses, poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). I would take you computer to a computer store to have it hooked up. this will alow you to see if you video card is bad. You mother board could also be bad, so video card are mounted directly to the mother boards.

Make sure you have got the proper display drivers. Try to perform a Windows update or get the latest drivers yourself from the manufacturers site. If you still have the same problem, you better check it with a service person.

The cable that connects the panel to the conputer is not in the connector correctly. It is probably skewed slightly rather than ebing straight into the connector. Since the individual connections are very close to each other, there are a few that are shorted or not connected at all.

Reseat the cables at both ends.
