What battery is used in the wrist unit of the Polar F11

Send it to an authorized Polar repair tech. Watch shops won't replace the seal and your watch will leak. The battery is only $12.95 at an auth. repair facility. I just had to and it was a snap.

Take your watch to your nearest watch shop and ask them to do it for you.

You can get into difficulty replacing batteries and it is not worth the risk for the small cost saving.

    This worked for me. From the manual, "If there are no reactions to any buttons, reset the wrist unit by pressing all the buttons simultaneously for two seconds. All other settings but time and date are saved."

    I changed my wife's Polar F11 HRM watch battery. When I replaced the battery the entire screen lit up, everything. I let it sit for a few minutes and the normal screen came up. Kind of like it was "booting...

    My F11 Polar HR monitor is not working correctly

    You should have someone who is use to servicing heart rate monitors take a look at it. There are parts in the monitor that can corrode and would need to be cleaned. Also, look into replacing the battery in both units (Strap and wrist) and make sure the unit is reset properly.
