Switch off the Nokia Classic 2700 Phone. Remove the battery for 30 minutes. Reinsert the battery and switch on the Nokia Classic 2700 Phone. Enter the default code 12345 or 00000. Your Nokia Classic 2700 Phone will be unlocked.

you can download a program to play flash content from the nokia ovi store application in your phone.

You cannot reinstall it online. You'll need a flash cable (not the USB cable) and a program to flash. It is complicated and less expensive to take it to a service repair shop.
