2 - dial *#7780# or *#7073*
3 - It format your Phone
4 - Format memory card.

your fone default code is 0000, go in setting then slect restore setting or factory setting and enter code 0000.

Connect the cell via usb cable to your computer and scan the cellphone with your computer anti-virus software. Cannot have anti-virus on a regular cell. If you do not have anti virus software installed on your pc, try nod32. It has a 30 day free trial

Have you tried to turn on the call volume? On the right side of the phone you will see two buttons, up and down.

Try making a call. Then, while on the call and before you hang-up, press the button on the right side of your phone, the one with the arrow pointing up. You will see a volume indicator on the screen. If you press the up button again and again the volume will go up until it reaches a satisfactory level.. Perhaps your volume is set to very low.
