I just laid down a kind of once in a lifetime type track in Adobe Audtion, sounded fine, saved it, walked away from it for a day. The next day, I come back, and the track is still there, but the last two notes of the progression are changed! It's like some pitch adjuster screwed with my track. So I'm trying to fix the problem, and I listen to it, and the track is back to normal again. Just out of nowhere, didn't change it or anything myself. So I make copies of this good track, take a deep breath, and get back to work on the rest of the song. Guess what happens next? The damn track is screwed up again. Not only that, but all of the other copies I made are screwed up in the same way! I even made a mixdown of the good track has continued to spasmodically screw up simultaneously with the others as well. I think my Adobe is haunted. Any ideas?
