Question about VeriFone PINPad 1000SE Network Terminal
I have successfully installed the verifone pinpad 1000se and have successfully test it, but when running a debt card transaction I get error 19 re-enter error. I dont know whats wrong.
If you did not buy from processor the pin pad needs to have the correct injection done for the co. you process with. you can determine the injection type by reading the bottom labels it will state injected: DUKPT or FD or VF similiar to these. you can successfulluy install a pin pad by plugging it into the terminal. but unless your processor built file states you are using a pin pad you will not be able to run debit cards on the pin pad.

You need to have the correct keys loaded into the pinpad. If you got the pinpad from some place other than from your processor, you are out of luck. They will only load the keys when the pinpad is physically in their possession.
