Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Two days ago my phone would accept ringtones via bluetooth fine and today they won't they start to download and then at the very end it will say corrupt file. So i tried to delete the songs on my phone and get the exact same song from the same person i had it from originally and it would say corrupt file, it won't even accept them in messages. Is there anyway to fix ths problem.
Do you have motorola phone tools? If you do back your phone up before you do this proceedure. Go into you security menu and do a master reset, after your phone powers off and powers back on do a master clear. The default code is 000000. I had a corrupt file on my razr and it started locking me out of the functions of the phone until I did the master reset and clear. Give that a try.

You need to re format the phone so that all the original files will be back... try the master clear on the settings

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
