Hello,
The rinse temp only reaches 180 degrees for a couple of seconds towards the end of the cycle. This will sanitize all warewash and meets most health code regulations. The rinse water temp will drop rapidly as it is incorporated in to the machine and sprayed on the dishes.

Ready light does not come on and unit continues to heat after cycle complete. Rinse temp stays at 205 F.

Ready light is there to tell you the thermostats have cycled off, rinse temp first and then wash temp after. if the wash temperature is low (below 160F) then we need to look at either the thermostat for wash or the heather is bad. if bot the temperatures are ok then it is just the light that is bad. If the rinse temperature shows 205F on analogue thermometer, a secondary reading is necessary with an external thermometer on the booster it self. These analogs thermometers are not so accurate.

Bunn Dual only heating to 180-185F

Is there scale buildup on the heating element? Can you check the voltage of heating elements. They should read in the 208v range. If all checks out then I would change out the thermostat.

Can you tell me what temperature the dishwashers reach during each part of cycle--Dishwasher model is WDF902SA Food authority have asked this of me

Hello,
The wash temperature for a high temperature commercial dishwasher should be around 140F AND 160F. The final rinse temperature should be 180F to meet health code regulations. The final rinse temperature is reached during the end of the cycle for a few seconds. If the machine is a low temperature dishwasher the wash temperature and rinse temp will be around 140 F to 160 F. The sanitizing of your warewash will be done by the use of chlorine or iodine in the low temp application.

Air conditioner in 1999 mercury tracer won't work. It's not the compressor nor does it have a leak. what could be the problem?

the tracer is the same as the ESCORT, right?? TRY THIS--I WORK ON PLENTY OF ESCORTS--LOOK UNDER THE AIR CLEANER/CONE ASSEMBLY--THERE WILL BE A BLACK METAL BOX(FULL OF RELAYS) ONE OF WHICH IS THE A/C RELAY--TRY TAPPING ON IT WITH A LONG SCREWDRIVER OR SOMETHING SIMILAR WHILE U HAVE THE A/C ON. IF THE A/C SUDDENLY STARTS WORKING U NEED TO GET A NEW RELAY BOX(I THINK ITS CALLED A GEM MODULE) i do have a question- does the blower motor work?? how do u know the compressor is good??do you have 12 volts going to it??? this relay box is pretty common to go bad--u have to remove the air cleaner in order to get to it.get back to me.

Operation of digital temperature indicator

When the unit is idle and in a wash cycle the wash temp is displayed. If you look inside the tank you will see a white float and a metal probe which is the themometer for the wash tank temp. The rinse temp will only be shown when the display reads (Rinse) and theres a thermistor that screws into the water line near the solenoid valve that measures the temp.

Rinse not hot enough

145 degree is just your hot water temp and that your dishwasher hot water booster is not working assuming that this machine has worked in the past to produce final rinse water above 180 degrees. Remove the bottom panel and to the right you will see the booster tank, look for a nickel size component with a small red button on it. Try pushing on it to reset it. If that does not work, check for voltage at your heating element on your booster tank. (the thicker wires) If voltage is present then your heating elements need replacing.

Hobart LX30H washing to hot.

what temp is it washing at. washing should not be the problem. This machine is designed to rinse at 180 degrees + to sanitize dishes. The machine could be converted to a chemical sanitize, it would use bleach in the rinse water instead of 180 degree water to sanitize.
