I am reading your question and coming up with 2 different thoughts.
Are you wanting multiple prints of one page, or are you wanting to print out a 5 or 10 page document?
I am not sure how to answer.

Sorry to take a while to get back to you. Been out on the road all day.

Have you looked on your driver and made sure it is not set up to print only the "current page"?

That sounds like where your problem is. If you have current page selected it will only print the page that appears on your screen.

You you may have to reload a different driver.

95 percent chance I would say that the issue is on the default settings on the driver, or a corrupted driver that needs to be deleted and updated.

You can go to HP.com and see what drivers are available, you may have to switch drivers, and if your printer is one that uses your computers memory to spool the print job, you may have to allocate more virtual memory on your computer hard drive to accomodate the jobs your running.

You do select more then one set when you print?

When you go to " FIle" then select print and you select multiple copies it only makes one set??

Hmm , really sounds like the driver is the issue.

MY HP LaserJet 2840 has a brand new Toner cartridge. Now it won't print at all and we are getting a "OPC at end of life" prompt. What does this mean?

Imaging drum reach 20,000 (black only) or 5,000 (color), replace the image drum.

Supplies life
The life of the imaging drum depends on the number of black-only or color pages that print jobs
require. Imaging-drum life is also affected each time the device calibrates because calibrating causes the imaging drum to rotate. Imaging-drum life is measured in terms of number of rotations rather than number of pages printed.
The type and length of print jobs also affects drum life. A series of short print jobs uses more drum
life than an equivalent number of pages printed in a single large job. To extend drum life, print
multiple copies of a print job at one time rather than sending the same job to the device multiple times.
The life of a print cartridge depends on the amount of toner that print jobs require. When printing text at 5% coverage, black print cartridges last an average of 5,000 pages and cyan, magenta, and
yellow print cartridges last an average of 2,000 pages. High-capacity cyan, magenta, and yellow print cartridges last an average of 4,000 pages. (A typical business letter has 5% coverage.)
