Fridge and freze are not as cold as they should be

Yeah turn the dial inside to either minimum , if it's displayed like a volume icon or to a lower number or letter.
If it has no such setting then you could try filling the fridge up with more stuff.
the more space you take up inside the refrigeration unit the more or harder it has to work to cool .
For example fill a shelf or drawer with potatoes .

just a suggestion: but you might have to much coolent in it, or its useing alot of power,maybe too much power and the fan is spinning at a high rate,IDK maybe thats it.it probably wont help you though

PS:maybe take it to a shop

There's a little dial or knob to set the temperature of your fridge, just wind it down to about 4 if it has a number setting and that should keep from the contents freezing up.

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge.The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.

check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat. In most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board. If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.

You can turn the defrost timer till it clicks and everything shuts down. The heater should now come on. If it does, replace the timer. If it doesn't, check the heater and defrost thermostat. Turn the timer again till everything starts back up to end the defrost cycle.

sound like a timmer and a thermostat to me
we have had the same problem from time to time usualy we just change the thermostat out and problem solved
remember to unplug the fridge for a 24 hour period to de thaw the baffels in the fridge after you change the thermostat
also check your drain lines in the back they might also be pluged
another words wrap your lips arround the pipe in the rear of the fridge and blow if there is back preasure then you probably have a blockage

I am not an expert but I have the same fridge and came across this information concerning the same model:

You have a bad overload / relay , which is plugged onto the side of the compressor , with 2 or 3 wires going to it . The part number is 2220477 , and is easily replaceable .

stuck defrost timer/ thermostat. id go with both stuck because I'm looking at a diagram of your fridge now and there wired together.

i'd recommend changing both of them.
