hi

i have a MP4 digital player (brand unknown) when i try to play songs it says format error, empty disk, but i can see the files on the computer, i dont know it is a software problem if yes what software do i need to reinstal in the player, and some of the files does not play on the player though it is in the rite format, i have formated the player couple of times plss help me

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

my computer won't recognize that my mp4 player has any memory (which it does). So when I try to download music, it says not enough memory to download. PS: the mp4 player works perfectly on other computers.

hi

I'm having the same problem. I know my files are on my mp4 because it says there is only 2% disk space left...i have a Mp4 Digital Audio/video player with built in speakers...it was working fine but i think i may have acidentially deleted something i shouldnt have and i have no idea how to fix it. It also says empty disk when i go to play a song....but i know they are there.
