hi, i sort of figured this out. call your # with the ans machine hooked up and "on" my code is 555 from the factory so use that one as soon as the system answers. then you will go into a remote menu. to change ogm press 4. to listen to your message press 3. use # as stop or help.erase 9, then 3, turn off system 9, then 5. change 3 digit pin code press9 then 1. system reset press 9 twice. help menu 0. good luck
