Question about Casio Exilim EXZ75 Digital Camera
I have a Casio Exilim EXZ75 camera. It is only three days old! I charged the battery once and it worked fine. I tried to charge it again but the light of the charger won't even turn on. Nothing has changed since the first charge... same outlet, and everything is plugged in just as it was. Please help!
I had the same problem before and you have to call the company's Technology Support phone number which is:1-800-435-7732. The hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00pm EST and Saturday / Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. The reason it does this is because it is a lithium battery and they have a short battery life. If you tell them you have had your camera over a year they will charge you for a new battery but if you have had it less then a year they will send you a new battery for free. I have already gone through 3 batteries in 2 years it is ridiculous!

The battery isnt charging and i also get a red flashing light. I've tried to turn on my camera and it wont turn on. has anyone found a solution for that??? Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
