How do we test a e3-26 code on a c262 color unit

Call Service 12 means that the color motor rotation detection signal (LD) does not go Low.
After the LCD indicates this error turn the power off/on & perform the motor test by pressing the MENU, #, 9000, *556 and press 2 & set buttons. See if this helps you with this issue.

open the front door, remove the waste container & replace the cyan drum with a new UHN30 color drum (these drums work for all the colors on this)

open the front door, remove the waste container & replace the drum with a UHN30 color drum then reinsert the waste container & close front door...machine will cycle & adjust itself

Power off i.e unplugged
Open the back
Remove retaining clip on wiring side of compressor plastic cover.
NOTE wiring connections to terminals on the OLD relay. 1, 2 4 4 ect... make a simple wite color to terminal number sketch.
PULL off PTC relay WITH terminals by pulling HORIZONTALLY (Usually to the left / 9 O'clock position)
NOTE the thermal overload comes off WITH the PTC relay.
Remove wire from Thermal overload terminal and transfer the thermal overload to the new PTC relay.
Slide NEW PTC relay onto compressor terminals
Transfer remaining wires from OLD PTC to the correct terminal on the new PTC relay.

TEST compressor start before installing cover... PLUG in unit

After the test unplug the unit... reinstall the plastic cover and wire clip.

Reinstall back panel

Return unit to service.

I believe the operator code is 9999.

It shold be a round cilader that should be the toner which is in a slid out drow which shold be in the may compartment of the printer. You will need to slid it out pull the toner out and place a new one in and firmly slide the draw back in.

That code indicates a bad FUSER unit.

When making copies, there is line on the copies. How do I resolve this issue?
