Can I know how can i make Melody and Vibrate goes together at the same time for my Samsung Armani Mobile phone

I bought it because I like it . There's only one problem which is the phone never vibrates and ring at the same time
I have the same problem.

MY PHONE LIKE STOPPED USEING THE SOUND WHEN I WAS ON SPRINT RADIO. I HAVE A KRAZR PHONE THOUHG SPRING. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE DO SO....

go to settings then sounds then chose ring+vibrete
