You dont have one thin klient connected to a Server, as the Serversoftware itself max. the cost of ordenary poeple.
furthermore, a Server for that purpes is normaly with two CPU's and at least 4GB of RAM, - and that would set you back at least US$ 5 - 10.000.
My "help", therefor would bee "stay the hell away".

Hp thinclient t5730 power light comes on but will not boot. No video.

Thin, means no HDD.
means network is down.
or BIOS set up all wrong.
the ethernet card is set up to boot form the host server.
so both the lan card must support this and the BIOS setup to boot to lan.
what does no video mean , BIOS DEAD>
no video me means no text ever no matter what,
hit the BIOS keys , and when reset , you see that the lan boot is off by default on most PC,

External speakers won't work on HP T5570e Thin Client

Try to use earphones, plug them in to phone audio connector....
try if it works..... if so, disconnect them and plug speakers.... and try again.... if doesn't work, go to audio advanced setup and check if speakers are not muted, or set up voicevolume level is too low. Play with that setup....

Also some computers can turn on or off speakers in Bios.

If problem will not be solved, try to use USB speakers

I am having problem connecting hp thing client to server

A thin client is 99% reliant on a connection and server software. That is where I would start. Do the other clients work? Is your policy in place for your profile? Do you get any post?

We have a DHCP problem with our thin client HP T5540, the network interface can't get an ip address fom the DHCP server for 30 seconds so it can't connect to citrix xen serverver for virtualization...

First of all check the configuration of the unit if it's AUTOMATIC IP/DHCP, if all OK you can test by configuring a static IP (use an unused IP in the server's DHCP table) than check the connectivity (ping something), if that works you have a server rule/DHCP or DNS problem

if it's still not working check the cabeling and connectors for connectivity (with a good cable tester) or an other (working) computer.

Good luck!

Reset Neoware 608 CE password.

Neoware was acquired by HP in 2007 and they seem to have destroyed all Neoware references. That product was end of service in January 09. Their transition rules are at http://www.hp.com/sbso/busproducts_thinclient-HP-neoware-thinclient-migration.pdf, and the old manuals are at http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.neoware.com/support/documentation/manuals.html. HP also has manuals at http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_pagetype=s-001&h_query=thin+client, ans specifically http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_pagetype=s-001&h_query=thin+client looks promising.

Usage of KVM 2-Port USB between 'thin client' and 'Desktop' stopt

KVM are not the most reliable and will fail sometimes. The quickest way to get it back is to plug into a different USB port for the one that is active.
