Start
your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then
select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE
programs below.
1) Plug in the USB connector of the webcam into your PC's USB socket
2) Connect the MIC by pluging in the MIC connector to the RED audiio in socket provided at the back of your PC.
3) Install the webcam driver from the CD provided to you with the web cam
4) A new software must have been installed Click on the software's icon to start the web cam
Hi, thomson Lyra PDP2556 is exactly the same as the RCA RD1076 so if you go this address: http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/search/?sku=RD1076 and select downloads and download Drivers Update/ Restore Utility install (with your thomson connected to the PC) and then you'll have resurected your thomson. Mine was always frozen like yours and now it works. I hope it will work for you too. bye, fabdiable
The driver fron Avermedia is OK , but software is'n working under XP. I've fixed this, by means of Intervideo Windv r6. gold Using windvr6 gold , my Avermedia m135-c card (Hybrid) is perfectly working (analogic and digital) As usually, Windvr fixes anything! Regards HD
