As a solution to the problem someone accidentally posted as a real solution; turn OFF the music device that you are playing by using the on/off button on the Jensen model, then press the Mode button until you have the time on its own flashing. Then, use the tuning buttons to change it.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Have you tried resetting the stereo?
Disconnect the negative of your battery, wait at least 30 seconds then re-connect it.

That will reset your radio back to factory settings.

Most of the Audiovox Jensen product manuals are here: http://www.spectraintl.com/index.php/support/user-manuals.html . They are listed in alphabetical order. The direct link to the JiMS-200 manual is http://www.spectraintl.com/images/stories/pdf/jn/JiMS-200%20EIB.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Jensen JIMS-225 instructions

while the docking station is in sleep mode or off not playing any music on the remote click the set button twice an alarm clock icon will appear and you use the volume buttons and the skip track buttons to set. To turn the alarm off hold the snooze button down until icons disappear. I lost the english version of my instructions but still have the spanish and can kind of figure out what it says still. Hope this helps

No sound from a known working headset on my ipod shuffle 1st generation

The light should be Hoff when operating, and if you pause it it will blink. If you hold the play/pause button you will lock the keypad. this is to prevent accidental skipping/stoping/volumae changes while having it on your pocket. Hold the play button for two seconds or more to activate/deactivate this function. -Chris
