I would suggest you get a set of original HP cartridges .. I have clients trying to save $ all the time by buying refilled and/or refilling themselves to only go and get HP brand. Refills just don't cut it .. leaks, poor print quality, unrecognized cartridges .. there are so many things that I can point out .. save yourself the hassles .. get HP
I have this same problem, I have pink lines going through everything
that I try to print in color. When I print in black and white,
everything works fine. The blue and yellow ink cartridges aren't empty,
so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions?
Assuming you have successfully eliminated cartridge/print head problems, the only other thing to try is to delete the printer software and reinstall [Start/Printers and faxes -right click on the printer icon click delete- install new printer -Have the software disk and handy or select from list- select maker, select model,]
I suspect the problem is still print head/cartridge however
