Question about Edimax BR-6104 Broadband Router. One 10/100M WAN Port and 4 10/100M LAN port.
I have connected the router through the cable modem (Thomson) to the internet, and my main pc is connected to LAN1.
I succeed using the original dialer (which worked with the cable modem before I connected the router), to get online with the ISP.
The problem is that when I open the browser and try to call a website, nothing is working, and I receive a message as if I am off line.
I suspect that there is a firewall configured in the router which blocks the browsing.
How can I solve that problem?
P.s. I dont have any disk or software of the router.
Thank you and best regards
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
