I have a 1993 Chevy C1500 pickup truck. The issue is that I have brake and headlights, but whenever I hit the parking light switch it cuts off the brake lights.

that sounds like a earthing fault , check the wiring from the lights for signs of breaks etc, and trace earth back to chassis connection to ensure a good earth

Every time I change the fuse ,,, when I hit the brake pedal it blows the fuses for ,,, Stoplamp Switch,, Park LP,,, ELC! What could be the problem?

There is a short circuit somewhere in the system dealing with activating the brake lights. It could be any number of things:
  1. The bulbs on that circuit may have corroded and the contacts have melted such that they touch creating a short.
  2. Sometimes the filaments in a dual filament bulb short together.
  3. It could be a wiring issue
So your first step would be to remove the brake light bulbs; inspect them for corrosion, bad filaments, dirt in the socket...etc. Depending on your vehicle's age ... if it is an older car, I would just go ahead and replace both rear bulbs ... and take a look at the middle "third" brake light also.
If the bulbs are not the issue it could be the switch that is activated when you push your foot on the brake.
Since the brake needs to be depressed on most newer cars to start the engine ... you might also be having problems starting or changing gears out of park ... since the switch is usually connected to the car's onboard computer and it is looking for a depressed brake pedal signal.

Good luck on your troubleshooting.

Brake light failure

Bad circuit board tail light asseblise connector pin to board poor connection or burned push in light bulb sockets
On my '93 Chevy PU the new ones went bad within months I repaired the original ones by soldering all connector pins to the board cleaned the sockets chipping out melted plastic been working for five years now.
Care must be taken to keep solder from preventing wire connector install while using enough that plugging it in will not break these delicate unions.
Required pulling them several times to Finnish repair successfully.
Very disappointed in replacement parts.

1989 chevy have brake lights when park lights are off but when park lights are on have no brake lights pulled the light cover off noticed that the middle buld was on which is for stop, tail, an turn...

Check the brake light switch on the brake pedal. Sounds like it slipped out of adjustment. When pedal is depressed, the button on switch will extend and be on to pass current to the bulbs.
Also, you need to figure out the tail lights: those two filament bulbs are for park lights and for brakes/turn signals. One filament is for the parks, the other filament is for both brake and turn signals. American cars have the brake lights wired through the turn signal switch- from the brake light switch on the brake pedal to the turn switch, and then out to the rear bulbs for brakes and, or turn signals.

The brake lights still do not work after replacing bulbs and fuses. HELP!!!

Then the problem is most likely either a faulty brake light switch located on the brake pedal lever assembly under the dash or a broken wire at the brake light switch wire connector, or the turn-signal switch is faulty. If you can remove the wire connector from the brake light switch and jumper the wires and the brake lights come on then the switch is faulty, and sometimes if you step on the brake pedal and wiggle around the turn-signal switch the brake lights might flash or come on indicating a faulty turn-signal switch, however that is not always the case. Here is an image of the brake light switch to help assist you, and let me know if you require any further assistance.

I have a 1993 chevy 1500 and everytime i turn on the parking or headlight my right turn signal wont blink and stays on , also when i have the lights off and step on the brake the parking lights go on

Sounds like you 've got a cross connection in the rear right taillight bulb, or wiring to that area.
Start by pulling the bulbs out and checking if it makes any difference with the bulb removed. Check the brake pedal...see if the parking lights still come on.
Look at the bulb socket contacts, and the bulb contacts and look for black marks, or burned out filament in the bulb.. if everything looks good there, start tracing the wiring back and look for cuts or a place where the wiring may have been pinched, cut, bared etc. if your right turn signal isn't working and the parking lites are getting triggered, it's got to be in that right rear taillight or wiring...

I'm having an unusual problem with a 1990 Geo Prizm. When I step on the brake the brake light comes on in the rear. When I turn on the lights the brake light goes out if I'm holding the brake pedal down....

Make sure you have the right bulbs in the right place...Sometimes they will fit, even though they are not right...Your brake light bulb should be a two filiment bulb...If it is one , then there goes your problem...Now if your bulbs are interchangable, go ahead an swap them around, and see what happens...Goodluck....
