Re: How can I set up wireless printer
To share the printer, I open the Printers and Faxes folder on the computer that was connected to my printer.
To open the Printers and Faxes folder
Click Start and then click Control Panel.
Click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Printers and Faxes.
In the Printers and Faxes folder. Click the printer's icon and, in the tasks pane, click Share This Printer.
Open the printer's Properties dialog box, and click on the Sharing tab.
Click Share Name, and then clicked OK.
Now you have a network printer, you are ready to connect to it and print from other computers on the network.
To connect to the printer
pen Control Panel, and click Printers and Other Hardware.
lick Add a Printer.
Instead of adding a local printer, though, click Printer Connection and then browse the network for the printer.

Because your printer is not either wireless or network capable, the only way to get the results you need is to purchase a usb print server, hook it to your router, set it up through it's management console, and if your router is wireless, you can hook up to your router and print to your printer with your desktop turned on or off.
Hi, It doesnt sound like a problem with you laptop, rather its most likely to be the router. People can edit the settings so that only their IP adress can connect. If you can connect with limited connectivity, again its the router, not connecting properly. Can you connect to any router? i take it you're not connection to your own XD
You might deleted your driver to wireless connection or you perhaps upgraded Service Pack to higher version. If your wireless connection will work on lower SP then that device won't work or vice versa.
Another thing, try to check connections. Click menu and look for connections and try to enable wireless connections.
From what I see about the Equium, the name Equium is in use in UK only. In other European & countries USA the name is Satellite. From the specs of the model you mentioned you DO have a onboard NIC. You might have to uninstall the driver that you have due to corruption and the operating system will install a generic driver for you to use. Or you can go to Toshiba if you’re in Europe http://www.toshiba-europe.com locate support and you can download the driver there. If you have a driver your probably not setting (configuring the router and your computer) the network up properly.
