What is the driver problem you're having with the printer? If you installed an HP one from their site and its not working, I'd recommend removing it, then either try the same one again or a more generic printer driver from the HP driver download page.

You can download the installation driver and software from manufacturer's support website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) from the drop-down menu and click the "Next" button. Then download the required drivers and software.

The list of available drivers will load only after selecting the operating system of the computer.

Click on the "+" sign next to the list to expand the list and view details. To read the detailed installation instruction, click on "More info" link under each driver/software.

You can also order a replacement installation disk on the page which opens.
