Hdtv stb issues hdmi - dvi for Acer AL2416W (by 4 users)

I just bought a celestial set top box with hdmi ,
My Acer runs X360 and PS3 no problems via hdmi - dvi cable.
However when using the same cable with the set top box i get no signal,
any ideas?

I have also same problem with my acer pg221 high def lcd. I think I will send it back to Harvey Norman.

I have exaxtly the same problem with my celestial STB...
bought a HDMI to DVI cable and it just says no signal (is connected but won't give me a signal)
Its very annoying...
