Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
I was typing in the notepad, but then all of a sudden it turned off, and was not normal. it was the "verizon wireless" screen. every time i try to turn it back on it just goes to that screen for about 4 seconds, and then the screen goes black for about 1-2seconds, and then repeats that process over and over again. i DESPERATELY need my phone for tomorrow morning. and i really dont know what to do. i have NO IDEA what to do. please help.
There are two possible causes for this problem. Either your operating system is corrupted, or your battery is bad.
You can get the operating system reinstalled by taking the phone to a Verizon store -- this will probably delete all the saved data on the phone, but it will become usable again.
The other possibility is that the battery is worn out and doesn't have the juice to power up the phone any more; either way you will probably have to take it to a Verizon store to get it fixed.
