HI Kudet Nokia suggest that you pull out the battery from their phone and do what is called a soft reset on the phone. This will restore the phone to factory settings without you losing your data. Now when you replace the sim pack did you do a reprogramming of the prefer roaming list on you phone. Yo can do a network update on the phone by doing all of the steps you did when you first activate the phone. Now you can go on Nokia's website and follow the steps that it has for doing firmware and software updates on their phones. I highly recommend you getting a replacement battery for your phone. Test your battery to see if you feel a lump in the middle. This omes from over charging the battery or exposure to liquid. Hope this helps
