Re: Where can i find the radio fuse to a '99 SL1 saturn
The radio fuse is located in the interior fuse block on the right side of the center (down low) console under a cover. Gently remove the cover to gain access to the fuse.

There's another fuse location (on my 99 SL1 anyway) under the right front panel of the center console in the passenger compartment. Check fuses with a test light (cheap and easy to use).
you may need a shim between your starter and the block. Most starters are ok, but some need shims so that the teeth on starter line up with teeth on flywheel. Starter is probably jammed
get a replacement saturn horn at a junkyard. any saturn horn up to 99 should work. or you can get a new generic one at a parts store. the good thing about the junkyard is that the bracket will bolt right on.
if it is an SL1 it has a SOHC 1.9L. Basically the same engine was in all saturns 91-99, just different heads. the Sl2 had double over head cam and the Sl1 had SOHC.
The SL2 is a DOHC 1.9L and the SL1 is a SOHC 1.9L. They have different transmissions, the DOHC uses a 15 inch wheel while the SOHC has a 14 inch wheel. So when you are shopping around for another transmission you must get one from the same type of engine. Saturn auto transmissions seem to be problematic, I stuck with the manual trannys and had very good luck.
