Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
It may be the storage card - if you take the storage card out it will boot up and you can put it back in. - pain in the a## but it may work. Or Try taking the SIM card out, boot it up, turn it off, replace the card, and turn it on again Last resort is a hard reboot to set it back to factory default. reboot system by holding down the two - - keys above the house and arrow while the phone is off. Then you continue to hold while you push the power button on the side for 2 seconds. Should go to white screen then black screen. once at black screen hit the green call button and follow the rest of the prompts.

Open the tombile dash and u will see a cricular thing under the memory card slot and move it around under the back cover this is it it will work after this i fixed it this way

Wen i turn my dash on it goes to the green screen and it't stay they like it is frozen and it wont proceed to the next screen

Memory card was the problem with mine. I took it out and the phone started right Up. I will not insert the memory card again.

Check this link this might help and you might need to get a new battery. Call T-mobile if they dont do anything about it complain to the better business bureau.

I dont know if this may help but the first time i took it to the shop they told me there was something wrong with the power button i dont know if that helps
