Another thing to keep in mind is suppost is working on what info they have. The speakers you have were manufactured over 3 years ago and are not being producted now. So if you have had them less than 6 months i would let support know this so they can get you an RMA. The big thing you will need is proof of purchase like the receipt or a credit card statement with the purchase on it.
The reason you got the reply that you got is since these speakers are out of production then most of the people that would be contacting them that have the speaker would be out of warranty. So in this case they missed the part about when you purchased them, if you included it.
So I would get back with support to see what they can do for you about getting your speakers fixed.

So let me clarify with you that you got your first unit and had it less than one year correct. Then you got your second unit eventhough the RMA paper work says you have a 90 warranty you had trouble with your original unit and if your remaining warranty is longer than the 90 days you still have coverage until the original warranty runs out.
If this is the case for you and you are still having trouble through email I would call Tech Support. If you still have trouble let me know and I can see who I can direct you too. I used to work for Creative (left because I was a full time student) and the RMA department is still in Stillwater OK.

Ok this makes since if you are in Australia and going through ASIA support. Australia's RMA's (RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization) goes through ASIA RMA department. Unfortunately the people I know are here in the states. However I know we have done RMA's within 3 days especially on people that already came through the system once. Being Asia they may have different rules they follow. However if i were you I would push the issue to try to get them to get you another unit because them saying it is 3 day past is not right. Maybe if it was over a week but not 3 days.
As for your questions about fixing the issues with the speakers the problem is that there really is not a problem with how they were made. The issue in that they are high end electronics and are susceptible to bad power. I have seen this alot of times where people have said they are just speakers and can just be plugged in to the wall with out trouble. Unfortanately this not the case you at least need them plugged into a surge protector. If you area is prone to power problems you should be runing you computer and speakers on a line conditioner to make sure you are getting clean power. We have to do this here in Oklahoma alot because alot of places around here do not have clean power even in the biig cities because the cables are old.

Yes, but a total of about 4 months operation for two brand new units at an initial cost of over $600 is not acceptable to any consumer.
Spending another $600 to buy a new unit which will certainly also stop working after only weeks of use would be stupid and the suggestion is asinine.
Read the other Threads from many S750 owners, all have the same problem and keep getting sent more faulty units, if you can read all these same problem posts and still tell me the S750 is not faulty then I don't understand you.
The power supply which is housed in the Woofer cabinet simply stops working, all the lights go out and nothing works.
Thats what they mean by, " please be informed that the subwoofer is faulty" its Asian English.
Thanks, the warranty was for 12 months from the date of the original unit purchase, I did not get a new 12 month warranty with the replacement unit.
I dont know what RMA is?
i contacted creative Australia after the replacement unit stopped working and just BEFORE the 12 month warranty expired, after a week of discourse they told me to contact creative Asia instead, but they told me it was 3 days too late.
It is not possible that this is a rare breakdown since both my units died quickly with the same symptoms everybody else with that model on this Forum had.
Toyota recalls and fixes faulty design units why dont Creative?
