Question about Logitech MX900 Bluetooth 800 dpi Optical Mouse with Bluetooth Wireless Hub (MOLOMX900)

1 Answer

I have a Logitech Bluetooth mouse for my MacBook. Up until today it has worked most of the time. I have had it for two months but now all of a sudden, the system sometimes detects it, sometimes not. When it does, it tells me it cannot be paired. Please help.

I had forgotten that it used batteries.  Put in fresh batteries.  That solved the problem.  How simple can that be?

If you have "good batteries" installed in the mouse and keyboard and you still have the problem- the best way is to remove the devices via the System Preference panel in your MacBook and then re-install them again. It is important that you remove them first as the system may revert to the previous connection. Good luck!

Mouse drawing to much power dances all over the screen

Make sure you don't have any bluetooth devices activated near your wireless mouse or it will keep making it move all over the screen, killing the batteries. After bluetooth devices are disabled, take the batteries out and leave the mouse sitting for awhile without the batteries in their to let it reset for a fresh start. Them put them back in and see if it works. If it still does not work, un-install and re-install the software that came with it.

Bluetooth mouse not working

you can turn off and on the Bluetooth and try it out. If not you might want to check your battery status.
Another option could be to re-pair it to the BT.
