If it spins but doesn't play and says "no disc" try this. If this is not the problem send me a message letting me know specifically what it does not do and I will try to help you. Go to my tip at http://fixya.com/support/r4119308-clean_lense_cd_or_dvd_player and follow the instructions. If that doesn't solve your problem you probably have a bad laser assembly which cost more to replace than a new unit. Let me know how you make out.

Car cd player with usb port getting error 12 message
I just have this problem: the tuner is working well, but the USB and CD stopped giving sound after it was working well at first time.
I JUST PUSH THE RESET BUTTON, SITUATED NEXT TO USB AND AUX PLUG ON THE FRONT PANEL. EVERYTHING WORKS WELL NOW. PAGE 3 ON THE MANUAL
