No activity light

hi i have a paradyne 6381-a3 the activity light is not on and i am downloading and my dl are slow
Can u tell me what the problem may be they were all on yesterday but i took it to my isp today becuz it was accidentally reset after portforwarding didnt work and my isp reprogrammed it
