Legend LCD LC1916L TV Picture

I have a Legend LCD LC1916L. The TV picture stopped working. Initially when you change the channel you get a very lite redish tint picture, then it defaults to displaying pink and white vertical lines. Sound is fine.

Picture signals coming in from the computer work fine. It's just the TV picture that's messed up.

TV is still under Factory Warranty, but the company is based in Australia with no US Customer Service contact info.

If you unplug the unit from wall plug for ten minutes, it should reset the picture. I would unplug the a/v cables also in case of a ground loop
