My lg front loader washer is not turning on at all, no display either.

The same thing happened with ours. We had to have the circuit board replaced which cost $45 plus the labour and taxes the total was $195. However, the serviceman found another problem with the machine which is what caused the circuit to fry. There's a knocking sound from the rear bearing which will cost us $650 more. Ouch!

I have a LG WD 1238C Front Loader Washing Machine and the display has a CL on it.
Remove power for some time , allow the power to drain off the memory and see if the display is clear. If not hold the start button and switch on power. Check the inlet and drain filter , free water flow, if not remove and clean.

Any front load will have odor issues if you don't leave the door open and dry off the door gasket.

Le Error on front load machine
Hello,This a common problem for all front loaders. Your washer will not drain or work 'cause your outlet filter is clogged. Usually this small door is on the left side front below of your washer. Expect some water to come out when you open the door, etc. Clean out your filter and refit.....things should be fine.
