How do you get the seat off of my 2005 C50? One side has the key to remove the cover and the other side does not come off unless I un-screw. Seems like it should be simple.

Use the allen wrench from the on board tool kit to remove the bolt behind the passenger seat pad, above your rear wheel. Pull the pad backwards to reveal 2 more bolts. Same allen wrench removes these two and the strap that secures the passenger pad. Pull the saddle back and you are done. Note that the bolt for the rear seat and the 2 for the saddle are not the same lengths when you go to put your cycle back together.

How to replace starter on boulevard c50

It is a lot of work and there are no short cuts, as I tried what some other people offered????

You will need to remove, passenger seat, rider seat, positive battery cable, side covers, toolbox case cover,
Remove coolant cover case, drain coolant from reservoir, and remove to clean and inspect
Remove clutch cover, loosen all clutch play, then remove cable from lever to allow slack and it to be moved out of the way in the engine area.
Loosen hose to water pump and drain,
rear exhaust pipe and muffler ( saddle bag if applicable), you may have to loosen rear holding bolts for #1 muffler to allow play to disconnect the joint between the 2 mufflers,
Disconnect coolant tube housing (3 - 8mm bolts) in the back of the 2nd cylinder, there is also a 2 bolt angle joint to the coolant
Remove starter motor cover (7 mm wrench), remove the 2 bolts holding in the starter motorin and the lead to the starter motor. Starter motor needs to be played with, jiggle and pryed gently to remove( out the exhaust side) and similarly to install and reverse all other procedures.
To refill radiator undo tank bolt and pull back to reveal radiator cap at the top left side remove cap and add new fluid., other fluid can be added to the reservoir

Were are the fuzes on the 2007 c90t?

Chances are it's the same as on the C50, Two main fuses under the seat by the battery and the others are behind the rear chrome cover on the left side of the bike. You'll need Allen keys to take the panel off and the lid of the fuse box should contain a list of which fuse does what.

Is there adjustment in the rear shock? and if so how do U adjust it

Adjusting the rear shock is a realitively simply process, once you expose the shock.

On the left side of the bike, use your key to remove the tool box cover. Remove the inner cover from the tool box and remove the tools that came with the bike. The tool box itself is held in with 2 - 10 mm hex head screws (which also have philips head slots). Remove the tool box.

Now the rear shock absorber should be visible. Use the spanner wrench and handle extension in your tool kit to make the desired adjustments to the shock absorber.

Reverse the process to put everything back together.

I need to refill radiator on a 2007 suzuki boulevard c50 how?

To access the radiator cap, remove the seats, then the bolt at the rear of the gas tank. You should now be able to slide the entire tank and dash back enough to expose the cap on the left side of the frame. When replacing the tank, be careful not to knock loose the rubber buffers that slide into grooves on either side of the frame.

I have a 2005 c50 suzuki it has a lot of valve or timing chain no

When correctly set, the valves can be quite loud on startup on these bikes, sometimes described as the "angry sewing machine". I would prefer that they be to the "loud" side than too quiet, as a tight exhaust valve can cause it to be burned from prolonged contact with the seat. The tensioners have been subject to fail- not universally, but it does happen- and that will be more of a knock from the side case that a rattle. The tensioners are self-adjusting until worn out.

    Where is my battery

Most M/C have the battery located under the seat. Remove the seat and you will see the top of the battery.
