A Pfaff dealer may also be able to order for you if their repair person does not stock this item.

Testimonial: "Knew it was Pfaff, but limited parts here it seems, was looking broader. Thanks."

My Juki HZL F600 thread cutter is clicking at the end of the cut. Any idea what to look for?

If your Juki HZL F600 thread cutter is clicking at the end of the cut, there could be a few potential issues to look into. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
  1. Dull or damaged blade: Over time, the thread cutter blade can become dull or damaged, which can cause it to click or miss threads. Try replacing the blade with a new one to see if this resolves the issue.
  2. Incorrect positioning: If the thread cutter is not in the correct position, it may click or miss threads. Make sure the thread cutter is properly positioned and aligned with the needle plate.
  3. Tension issues: If the thread tension is too tight or too loose, it can cause the thread cutter to click or miss threads. Check the tension settings and adjust them as necessary.
  4. Buildup of lint or debris: If there is a buildup of lint or debris around the thread cutter blade or mechanism, it can interfere with its operation and cause it to click. Clean the area around the thread cutter with a soft brush or cloth to remove any buildup.
If none of these solutions resolve the issue, it may be best to contact Juki customer support or take your machine to a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair.

How to clean wiper sensor on enterprise

Cutter blade needs replacement. Sensor is likely fine and is not located in the bobbin case area.
Sensor is telling you there is a cutter error. More than likely need a new cutter. Easy enough.

Cutter blade remains locked.

when you release the blade, sometimes you have to reengage it manually, turn it to unlock, machine off (safety only) push up on bottom of upper blade until it stops. turn hand wheel and watch if blade is moving. If not repeat. When it moves your good to go.

Lost the foot pedal and cord to my Hobbylock serger 796 made for Pfaff. where can I purchase another one?\r\n Thanks, Charlotte

Here's a link to the Google froogle search results, they are a little pricey though... You might find a cheaper one in your area by calling around and asking for a used one.

I was cleaning my bobbin case and the cutter and blade came off. Can you send me a picture so I can put it back together?

I don't think I have a picture but let me see if I can describe it to you.

The metal cutter has a black plastic piece. The blade fits in the black plastic with the longest point on top. The black plastic piece slides back onto the metal cutter, riding on the ridge. Fit the metal cutter back on the unit, being sure to align the "stubs" in the holes of the black pieces attached to the cog wheel. Make sure the "stub" of the black plastic piece with the blade fits in the parallel groove so that only the metal piece moves out and brings the thread to the blade when the cutter is activiated.

If you are still unable to fix, make a comment back and I'll go take pictures of my machine's cutter system.

Good luck.

My simplicity serger SW432 wont cut

There are 2 blades, a fixed cutter and a moving cutter. The moving cutter should move approx 1/8" at it's lowest point past the fixed cutter. There should also be some pressure between the cutters
