Question about Creative Labs Zen MicroPhoto MP3 Player
I mistakenly removed the battery while I was delleting some files and the unit doesn't function. I reset the unit and tried down loading the software but the computer does not recognize the player. I'd appreciate any help. Thjank you
I was having problems with my zen mp3 player saying it was not connected. It turned out to be that it wasn't getting enough power through the USB cable. From my experience, zen mp3 players become seriously fucked up and cannot properly map data into storage when the power is too low.

After I deleeted the current firmware I downloaded the original earlier ver. and then upgraded to the newer ver. and it worked fine.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
