I have given my Nokia N95 to one of my friend and bu mistake he locked the call barrings.. and he forgot the password... i tried to unlock it but by trying the passwords 4-5 times it got got blocked.. i also reset my phone but still it has same problem .. kindly help me for fixing my issue

without your phone lock code you can't do anything friend. Visit your dealer where you purchased your N95 and explain them about your problem. They will format your mobile and install a fresh copy of N95 software. All your contacts stored on mobile phone memory will be lost..!
PUK stand for Personal Unblocking Key, this is the key that could only generated by your phone service provide. Usually, your 1st PUK come with your phone card, please all the documents you received when subscribe to your provider. If not available, the only think to do is go to your nearest service provider customers service office and they will help to generate a new PUK to unblock your phone.
Don't worry as your Phone will be available for retries just after a few minutes of your Wrong Code Triplication.

Hi if your phone is asking for securtiy code when you switch it on then i can give you the master code to reset the securtiy code to what it was when new but if you can acess the phone and just forgot your security code and want to change it to do this you will need a flash lead and unlocking software if as i said the phone is asking for scurity code when you switch it on then if you give me your imei number its on back of phone under battery and looks like 123456/12/1234567. it should be 15 numbers long give me this code then i can get you the master code ok let me know and i can assist you further ok
