There is a paper somewhere in the copier. Maybe earlier you have a paper jam and one paper or just a part of the paper is still in the copier.

Most likely the paper is near the imaging unit.

If you're getting an error message during the installation of the operating system, then the OS CD that you're using is corrupted or no good.
Try finding another OS CD.

My Uniwell 6600 series cash register showed error code 18, replaced paper, both sides, then went to error code 3, redid cashier code. We tried to reboot by using the inital reset, now we get beeps and no...

I have to know whether the machine was unpluged for a long period. If it's then you have to do a complete reset and start from scratch like it come out from the Uniwell. If you like you can give me a call @ 780-429-1262

Read it all here.
Scroll about half the page, to:

Transfer belt unrecognizable

If memory serves me right, after you replace the belt, you power machine on, wait for the error message, open the cover then close it. It should re-initialize the new belt.

If not, try turning it off, open the cover, then turn it on, wait for the "close cover" message, then close cover.

It was some weird combination, but that's how you reset the count.

KONICA 7145 PRINT DRIVER

The Konica Minolta 7145 have two different companies that made the print controller. If you have an older KM 7145 then you need the old Peerless Legacy driver. It's not on KonicaMinolta's website. You can use HP 5Si driver, but you won't have and of the options (ie finisher, fax, lcc).

Canon MX700

I had the same problem. Adding twain_32.dll to the Windowsfolder solved the problem. For people who don't want to search for it: Look Here.
Then you won't get this error but one saying to reinstall the printer driver. Just do it and the problem is solved.
