We have the Bissell Lift off Revolution vacuum. The brush roll and belt are broken. The brush roll has seized up and no longer spins which caused the belt to burn out. How much is a replacement part cost?

You can get the belts for that model here: http://vacbelts.xps.convina.com/bissell-style-8-belt.htm
They are only 4.99 for a 2 pack. Plus they have $1.99 flat rate shipping where other site charge you up to $10.
