    Mr. Brown,
I can help if you can provide a little more information.
You have replaced two switches that share a box. Correct?
Did both of the old switches and both of the new switches have have terminals for 3 wires (in addition to the ground wire)?
Are both the living room and dining room lights on the same circuit breaker?
Do you have the following 3 sets of Romex wires in this box-
    --- black, white, ground
    --- black, red, white, ground
    --- black, red, white, ground

sounds like your traveler wire pair isn't on the side of the switch that has the two screw terminals,if one is on one side and the other is on the opposite side of the same switch it wont work, you need to find these 2 wires

Equlvalent expression

Assume that the room are rectangular.
Let W be the unknown width of the dining room in feet
Area of living room= 10*12=120 ft^2
Area of dining room =10*W
Combined area= sum of the two areas= (120 + 10* W) ft^2
Alternatively, you can factor out the 10 to get
Combined area =10*(12+W) ft^2

How high above the dining room table should I hang my electric chandelier?

The height you hang your chandelier above your kitchen tabledepends on the wattage of the light bulbs and the of the chandelier. If you are using lower wattage light bulbs, you should hang the fixture about 2.5 feet above the center of your dining roomtable. If you are using higher wattagebulbs, I suggest hanging it 3 feet about the table so it is not too bright.

Changed out 3-way switch with 6633-p and it will not operate light. this is a 2 location 3-way being used on a dining room chandelier.

Look at 3-way drawing in 6633 manual.
Notice that device has to be installed to Hot wire.
Only one of your 3-way switches will have the Hot wire.

Change device with other 3-way switch.
Make careful note of which wire connects to dark-colored screw. This is the common screw.

Different outlet went out after installing dimmer.

It's possible that he living room outlet feeds through the dining room switch and that a wire may have become disconnected when you put in the dimmer. I don't know the specifics of you home layout. If the dining room and living room are on different circuit breaker switches, this is not the problem.

Controller (s) not working

Someone used the pull chain on both units. Whenever you install a remote or wall-mounted dimmer, it's always best to cut the chains short (after setting the fan to high) to prevent someone who doesn't know any better from using them.

Projection TV when turned on picture is dark can view slight images until dinning room light is turned on

Try hooking the TV to a different outlet fed by a different breaker. Does the problem go away? If so, the culprit may be a wiring problem in your house that is causing the TV not to get enough power unless the dining room light is on.If in doubt, consult an electrician to make sure both the dining room light and TV outlet circuits are working properly.
