Hello,try to update your phone firmware,you must download NSU(Nokia Software Updater),and follow the steps from the program,is very easy and quick procedure,but don't forget to backup your data.Good luck.

Hello Bro this is the software problem update it. Upadation may solve this problem for update ur phone software go to setting /phone management/software upadate or you can also update it from nokia.com from PC or any service center of nokia also provide this for free if in warrenty ok??

your mobile phone got corrupted do format your mobile phone then it will be alright

Connect your phone to your computer, install the Nokia updater software, and update your phone. I believe there was a firmware bug. Do let me know whether updating solved your problem for your messages or not.
