I have a haier hns1460tve washing machine that is stuck on a spin cycle, no pipes blocked it turns but does not spin and is stuck on nine minutes. can you help me please

I have the same issue, I had thought it was due to a downline waste block, however after cleaning the waste pipe to the brown waste (in a flat) replacing the trap and triple checking the last 6-8 cm of water draining from the sink whirlpools I found this solution cant thank you enough as I was ready for reprogramming it with a 6kg maul! - its now ending it cycle ....many thanks

I doubt this is if much use to you 3 months down the line, but if anybody else has this problem, we have found that emptying the machine resets it.

Not impressed with this machin at all, though, and the Haier web site is a waste of (cyber) space !!!

Anyway, I hope this helps anybody else who gets this same problem ...
