Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
I want to add all new songs to my mp3 player but it does not have a deletion option on it. how do i get rid of the old songs to put new songs on it? i also have an iPOD that is not recognized in my iTUNES or on my pc. it has a large battery icon on it when i plug it into the computer then it shows a sad iPOD with an exclamation point. how can i get it to work again? i tried the support and troubleshooting on the Apple site. BLACK
You have to delete music while it is connected to your computer, then right-click on the song, and choose the delete option.

YOUR NOT GOING TO HAVE THE OPTION ON THE MP3 PLAYER, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION WHEN YOU LOAD IT TO THE COPUTER. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RIGHT CLICK ON THE SONGS THAT YOU WANT REMOVED AND SELECT DELETE. I HOPE THAT WORKS FOR YOU. THE IPOD ISSUE I HAVE NOT CLUE SORRY

SOURCE: iPod does not charge
The sad ipod icon indicates a damaged hard drive or an iPod beyond repair. The best thing to do is call apple and have a new one sent to you if its under warranty.

If the iPod is showing the "Sad iPod face" icon, this means that the
hard drive inside the iPod (located on the logic/circuit board) has died/failed and needs to be replaced. If you plan on replacing this part, you may also need to purchase and solder a new battery to the iPod logic board if you were to do it yourself.
