Games either won't load or won't get past the waiting for opponent to load.it stops at that and won't finish or get to the start game,and some games don't even load up period. please help figure this out for me. thanks cindy

Getting Redirected to a different website is usually due to Virus or a malware in the computer ,
Follow the Steps to solve the issue .
1. Copy the link and paste it in the browser address bar
2.Download and install the Malwarebytes Free scan
3.Run a Quick scan and wait for a while
4. When the scan finishes ,click on show results at the bottom and click REMOVE ALL
5. Reboot the computer
6. Try to browse again

1.With your computer completely shut down, push the start button and begin rapidly tapping the F8 key until you see a window in black and white with a choice to open Windows in Safe Mode. Select it using the arrow keys and hit enter. Be patient while it loads to the desktop.
2. Open a browser window and type in "Malwarebytes Free Download". Download and install Malwarebytes. Run the program at the Quick Scan setting and when it captures your virus and finishes the scan, follow the directions to remove the virus/viruses.
3. Restart your computer and if you arrive at the F* window again choose "Start Windows Normally".
4. Now back to normal, download a little program called "Ccleaner". Install it and run it to clean up your temp files and registry.
Okay, it sounds like the problem is getting narrowed down to your environment if I am reading your message right. If you use Comcast's web based mail client then you can send to who ever you want to. This is because your compose and send is being done on the Comcast mail server which is completely apart from your local environment. Next, if I read the problem right, you have installed McAfee from Comcast onto your local PC which could be the culprit if the timing is correct; ie: stopped sending messages when the McAfee was installed.
What we need to do is TEMPORARILY stop the McAfee and send a message to see if it gets through. If it does then your security software is killing your message before it leaves.
McAfee is a well secure piece of software and can be difficult to stop, but here are two batch files to run - one to stop the services and one to start the services. When you get this open up Notepad from your Accessories program group then copy and paste the following into it:
net stop "McAfee Framework Service" net stop "Network Associates McShield" net stop "Network Associates Task Manager"
Now in notepad select File and Save, put this into a folder that you can easily find (create a folder called Test on your C:\ drive then navigate to there in the notepad Save As dialog box. When you are saving in notepad make sure that the file type box is set to all files NOT .txt then use the filename stopAVServices.bat.
Now you can go to Start, Run, Browse to the c:\test and run that batch file. But first, let's create a batch file to restart it when you are finished the test.
Follow the same instructions as above, but paste this into the empty notebook space:
net start "McAfee Framework Service" net start "Network Associates McShield" net start "Network Associates Task Manager"
Save this into the same c:\Test folder and call it startAVServices.bat
Now run the stopAVServices.bat, try to send an email from your outlook client, once the message is out of your outbox and in your sent items run the startAVServices.bat to get your AV protection back on.
If we have problems with this we may want to look at your configuration in outlook to access your comcast mail server.
find out where the torrent files are downloading to, then copy them onto usb etc. and u might want to goto program files andcopy youre torrent client, then after reinstallation just copy them to their right places
select open not save, then run install. do full pc scan and delete all issues it finds. restart then try avg again. If that doesnt solve try to download it at a friends house and burn to a cd then install it from there.
