Question about Dishwashers
I have a Candy CDI45 diswasher and it is throwing error E4. I believe it means that it cant discharge water. Is this true? How to solve this problem or find out what is causing it?
The instruction manual defines E4 as "overfilled", a possible reason being too much inlet water. What helped with our machine - removed all dishes inside, then let the machine's pump run briefly to make sure as much water was drained from the system as possible. I then unplugged the device, placed a large towel on the floor around its base, and tilted the machine front-ward, until all water had run out. Lifted the machine back upright, plugged it in, switched on - and voilà! it's working as I speak.
