Question about NetGear DG834G Router
This is if you're using windows as your operating system, if this is the first time you're using your laptop with the external wireless adapter, make sure that your wireless network interface card is installed properly in your computer, and then go to command prompt, type in services.msc, you will be directed to the services window, look for wireless zero configuration, double click on that and then click on start so that windows can autoconfigure your wireless setup. the only way for your computer to communicate with the modem is for you to be connected wirelessly. if not, you will not be able to access your modem
