Move wires around gas valve to see it there is a loose electrical connection then with a volt tester check and see if you have 24 volts at the gas valve, if you do have voltage at gas valve, replace valve. Also check furnace filer make sure it is cleaned, unit could be off on high limit, check limit (s) control (s) with ohms meter for continuity, good luck.

it goes into cab near heater hoses. this is the vacuum supply hose
if you have no vacuum the heater controls default to go to windscreen. also check the black & white plastic little round one way valve for leaks & operation
also check vacuum hose that goes onto heater tap that is in right inner gaurd under brake master cylinder area for leaks and that its on the heater tap valve
if they are all ok check inside do you hear any hissing noises behind dash controls or down at front centre console area?

Rinnai tankless waterheater does not begin heating water as soon as tap is opened, why?

Not sure what you mean specifically. Obviously the heater takes a few seconds to go through pre-checks and will then light. It will then take a few seconds for warm water to reach the tap depending on how far the heater is from the tap. If it is actually taking a while for it to light you need to make sure you turn the tap on full. These heaters need good water flow to fire up. Check for any filters in the tap ware and ensure they are cleaned out. I often take these filters out as they cause nothing but trouble and block too easily.

When you turn hot tap on nothing happens to the boiler just cold water out of tap when heating switched on pump starts but does not ignite

I think you are working on a RV water heater.
Check the reset on the unit and turn your beakers off and on.
If you are working on a gas water heater is the pilot lit.

My fan works and a little heat comes out after the jeep runs for awhile. i checked the anti freeze and flushed the heater hoses that go into the fire wall but it still isnt working and i checked the...

Did you back flush the heater core? IOW flush it both directions. Are the hoses getting warm/hot. If so you may have a problem with the blend doors. A very common problem with these vehicles. Involves dash removal.

I have outside Goodman-Janitrol furnace and air unit and

two things to try first to get you pointed in the right direction. First disconnect the R or RH wire from the T-Stat. If the furnace turns off (Stops firing w/ fan to turn offabout 90 sec. later) then you more than likely have a bad Thermistat. If it continues to run Pull the R wire from the Furnace circuit board. put door back on furnace if it stops you have a short in the wire. Still Running? Most likely a bad curcuit board. Hope this helps.

My dryer works but no heat

If your dryer runs, but does not heat the following link will explain how to troubleshoot:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r630242-dryer_runs_but_not_heat

The majority of dryer heat related problems are caused by poorly installed, improper, kinked, or clogged ventilation exhaust ducting. Pay particular attention to the section that discusses ventilation. Failure to ensure the dryer is properly ventilated will result in repeated failures of any components you may replace. In addtion, this can become a fire hazard.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

Junkers gas water heater automatic ignition not working

Yes that is going to be the contoll valve on that heater. You can probley fix it very easy with the right part. You will need to locate a plumbing supply over there in the UK. Give them the make and model number and tell them you need a unitroll gas valve for it.
